New Patients

We want to welcome you to our practice and take this opportunity to give you some information to help you on your first visit.

Our physicians see children from infancy through adolescence. We work hard to provide same day appointments for your sick or injured child. Appointments for less urgent issues or chronic conditions are typically scheduled in advance. While we schedule well care visits in advance, they can often be accommodated sooner if you are willing to be flexible about the doctor that you see.

Messages left are returned that day and after office hours the on call doctor will return your call.

Also, in order to save time at your visit we strongly urge you to have your child’s medical records and immunization records sent to us prior to your child’s scheduled appointment. To request these records from a previous physician, please print and complete the medical record release form and send it to your previous pediatrician. Please be sure to complete all fields.

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time. This allows you to find parking, check in, and have our staff review your registration forms.
