As our services are available from birth to teenage years, as a team we aim to build long-term relationships with our patients and their families to provide advanced medical as well as compassionate health care. Our doctors are each unique in their approach and experience; however, collectively they all are committed to providing the highest level of pediatric care facilitating each individual patient’s needs.
Dr. Mohammad Sayer Kanakriyeh graduated from the University of Jordan, Faculty of Medicine in Amman, Jordan in 1978. He currently has his own private practice located in San Bernardino, CA and specializes in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology with over 21 years of experience. Dr. Kanakriyeh is affiliated with Loma Linda Medical Center, Community Hospital of San Bernardino and St. Bernardine Medical Center. Moreover, he is Board Certified in the American Board of Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine, American Board of Pediatrics, Pediatric Cardiology, and American Board of Pediatrics, Pediatrics.
Dr. Kanakriyeh believes in providing high quality Pediatric and Pediatric Cardiology care that meets his patient’s needs. His primary goal is to ensure patient satisfaction throughout the patient’s journey.
Dr. Gail Marks graduated from University of California School of Medicine – Irvine in 1980 and specializes in Pediatrics with over 39 years of experience. She completed her residency at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center and currently practices at Apex Pediatrics. She is Board Certified in the American Board of Pediatrics, Pediatrics.
Dr. Marks believes that all patients deserve exceptional care. Her goal is to provide comprehensive preventative care addressing the unique needs of each patient, from infancy through adolescence. Her passion is preventing disease through parent education and evidence based medical treatments, to achieve the best outcome for health and well-being for each of her patients.
Victoria Kachaturian, CPNP graduated from Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, CA in 1980 and received her Masters in Nursing from California State University in Long Beach, CA in 1992. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and presently practices at Apex Pediatrics.

Vivian Le graduated from California State University of Long Beach as a Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Board Certification from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2019. She is practicing at Apex Pediatrics in Loma Linda and dually continues working as a Registered Nurse at Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach. She has almost one year of experience in the specialty of outpatient pediatric care and has over seven years of clinical nursing experience with inpatient acute care.
During her Pediatric preceptorship at the Orange County Health Care Agency in Santa Ana, she provided utmost quality and dignified care to pediatric patients and their families in underserved communities. She is profoundly passionate in and has fond consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and patient-centered care utilizing community resources within a versatile population. She takes great pride in promoting and ensuring the deliverance of evidence-based preventative and primary care for patients across a life span to manage and maintain their health.
Vivian is very family oriented coming from an immigrant family with three generations of nurses. She is also fluent in Vietnamese and literate in some Spanish. Some of her many hobbies are travels and adventures, arts and crafts, and meditation and yoga.
